I love glasses and I have to say no one is better at glasses than LensCrafters in Ventura. I have been getting my glasses at this location for more than 5 years and they are high quality and perfect every time. In addition, their customer service goes above and beyond. This was our first time visiting LensCrafters, in Ventura inside the mall we highly recommend it for your yearly eye exam. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly, creating a comfortable experience from start to finish. A special thank you to Andrea, who was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with us. She took the time to understand our needs and guided us in choosing the perfect pair of glasses. Her professionalism and attention to detail truly made a difference in our visit.
