Dr. Ragan was absolutely wonderful during my 10-year-old son’s eye exam at Eyeglass World. From the moment we walked in, he was personable, welcoming, and incredibly friendly. He took the time to thoroughly explain my son’s diagnosis in a way that was easy for us to understand and answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed. He was especially patient and encouraging with my son, which made the entire experience much more comfortable. Dr. Ragan also referred us to a specialist to help slow the progression of his myopia, and I really appreciated his proactive approach and genuine concern for my son’s long-term eye health. It’s clear that Dr. Ragan is knowledgeable, caring, and passionate about what he does. We had a great experience and will definitely be coming back next year for our annual eye exams. Highly recommend!

Offered remote visit at Lady Lake office. NEVER Again!!! The appointment time was extended to accommodate such an appointment by more than 45 minutes. Checking is done by the folks in the retail area, you go into a room for the typical tests: air, lights and measurements l, etc. moved to another room where I had to wait for next step approximately 8 minutes. This is where it gets interesting and where the time gets added on. In that room, a person logged into a computer and waits for somebody. I have no idea what the position of the person is, but they dial-in all the information for the curvature of my eye and my current prescription or the prescription. The wait for the person on the other end was about 10 minutes. That person comes on and gives me a name. Then they do the test to see how well I can see the letters from the distance to determine what my Vision requirement is. That took about 20 minutes. Once that was done that person sign up and forward the information to an actual eye doctor but once again have to wait to join the session. The side doctor was very nice and friendly. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ragan during my recent vision screening and contact lens fittings. Dr Ragan was amazing! Very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and thorough throughout the entire process. He took his time to answer all my questions and made each visit comfortable and easy. I also had multiple follow-up sessions for contact lens adjustments to make sure we found the correct fit and prescription, and Dr Ragan was always accommodating, attentive, and committed to getting everything just right. Becky and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. The entire office provided excellent customer service and created a very positive experience overall. I highly recommend Dr. Ragan and his team to anyone looking for quality eye care and exceptional service!

Best eye exam ever! Dr Ragan was the most professional, thorough, knowledgeable and sincerely caring eye doctor I have seen. Took time to ask questions, informed me of things about my eyes I never knew, and explained all he was doing and why! amazing. Thank you and will get my contacts and new glasses here because of great experience with this Doctor.

I had a wonderful experience today from walking in the door being greeted to the patience of my many questions at the end. Laura the assistant manager is very knowledgeable and helpful. She was very informative about the lenses types and was patient with me. She made sure I understood what I was getting. Dr Ragan was great! Listen to me and got me back seeing as I should be.. Ty to all !!!!!
