I escorted my elderly mother for an exam. The staff and doctor were kind and helpful in dealing with her special needs. It was her first visit so we had to provide, insurance, health history, etc. As her health POA, I was concerned it would be a difficult process but the staff was understanding and made it easy.

This place lied to me before I showed up charged me 120 for the hello 130 for the doctor to tell me the same thing I've heard for 3 years then a month later tried emailing me a bill for 81 dollars for adjustment of pricing....sad enough to say u will not receive a payment from me. That is ridiculous and very unprofessional. If u knew I paid out of pocket why not charge me full amount upon visit an after not a month later. Get bent get ur priorities together and be more professional. U work for a company not a mom n pop shop. Even if it was a mom n pop shop they would not reach out a month later. Get it together I'll call tomorrow and laugh at ur odd explanations

The staff and doctor are excellent and very happy with the exam. BUT it was a full refractive exam, which I paid for through my insurance. Under the law I should receive my written len’s prescription without an additional charge.

The front staff was very pleasant and the person that checked my eyes was very professional and pleasant at the same time. The Dr was very helpful and explained everything to me and made sure I understood, They di not rush me and made me feel very comfortable I will refer friends and family to this office.

Dr Rawls and staff at CR466 office were so kind and very efficient. Had a very thorough exam and never felt rushed. Kudos to staff from check in to check out!
