Unless a person likes long waits in a crowded merchandise isle, this place is rude, crude, and unorganized. While waiting, watched an employee return glasses to the display racks after they were tried on by customers without washing or cleaning the glasses. Unsanitary and disgusting.

We have been coming here for years for our glasses and eye exams. Excellent and friendly customer service from Bria, helped us with our frame and was able to answer our questions.

Dr Pappas is the best. He found issues with both myself and my wife requiring a specialist ophthalmologist referral. As Far as glasses: Best deal around. They give you so many days if you’re not satisfied they will remake the lenses. Their prices are better than most elsewhere. Every time glasses are ordered they come in sooner than expected. And if you have an issue/breakage etc, with your frames, regardless of how it occurred they will repair or replace up to one year from purchase. We have used this warranty several times.

I had an eye infection and they took me that same day. The eye doctor is fantastic and explains everything to you as he goes. He solved the problem quickly and I was able to wear my contacts again. I would not go anywhere else because I have been going to the optical center at Sam's club for many years!

I've never had an eye exam last so long and be so thorough, not rushed through like other offices. All questions were able to be asked and answered with no issue, and a great selection of in style glasses. Not to mention its the cheapest out of pocket exam I've ever had
