Stopped in because my sunglasses didn’t fit quite right expecting to pay something to get it taken care of. Malindra was there and super helpful. She got them to fit perfectly!! It was free of charge!! I will be returning for all my glasses and sunglasses needs in the future.

I came in for same-day glasses and also needed a local doctor to help with a corneal ulcer I got from sleeping in my contacts while on vacation. Fun fun.. lol Dr. Rainey treated the ulcer and took great care of me — I’m happy to say I’m fully healed. Gabby at the front desk was also incredibly helpful and welcoming. Great team overall — I’m really glad I found this office.

Had the best time with Kristi! She helped me look through all the glasses and helped me choose some and really listened to me when I asked about size and weight of the plastics and metals. I’m impressed with their selection and their current deals are fabulous. 100% customer friendly! She gave me her full focus even when other customers were trying to hail her. She delegated assistance to her peer for the others waiting. In this day and age multitasking whilst giving full focal attention is rare. I was able to pick up my single vision script glasses same day! Thank you Kristi!

Really frustrating experience here. Called to see if I could get same day lenses and they said yes, but never mentioned the one guy who does them doesn't work on Thursdays. Later I had to get new lenses because the prescription was bad (not their fault) and called before I went, asking how much out of pocket anti reflection coating was and could I get them same day (they said $50 and yes). I get there and they say $55 and I could either leave them there (it was my only pair so that wasn't an option) or have them made offsite and wait 7-10 days. So I had to do that and when they came in the next week, they were cut to the wrong size! (Again not this store's fault). Of course, I happened to come on a Thursday, so since the guy wasn't there, I was told to come back and it would take 5 min to fix them. Came back another day and was told it would be 20-30 min because they were busy. I get that back ups happen, but every time I had an interaction with them, I got something different than what I was promised. Just don't set people up for unrealistic expectations.
