I was able to get in super quick for an appointment. The entire staff was super friendly before meeting with the eye doctor. The doctor was super welcoming and really attentive during each test to ensure we got my vision right. He was funny and light hearted as well which made the experience more enjoyable . Crystal was such a help when I tried on about every style of glasses there and took numerous photos waiting for my friends to respond. She was honest and real with me and I couldn’t be happier with my two pair of glasses I got with their summer sale. Definitely stop by this location

The doctor was awesome made my daughter feel comfortable and welcome to ask any questions she had. The tech Angie went above and beyond to ensure we got her glasses done same day by calling a different location to see if they had her lenses. Thank you so much!!

I had a wonderful experience at Eye world on 75th and Bell . I finally got REAL glasses ! Crystal helped me and was absolutely amazing—friendly ,knowledgeable, and very patient. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire visit smooth and stress free. Customer service like this truly makes a difference. I highly recommend this location and especially Crystal. For outstanding service .

We found all the employees who work at Eyeglass World to be genuinely friendly. We were fortunate to get a great deal of help from Rachael. My husband's office that did his eye surgery sent us there to get help quickly. I won't bore you with all the issues from the Dr's office but we were thankful for Rachel's expertise. We were so impressed.

Had ordered glasses at another optical facility 2 months ago, and still have not received them. Worked with Crystal at the 74th Ave and Bell facility, and she was very helpful and said maybe these will be ready by the time we leave for our cruise. The whole vibe of the facility was AMAZING. Highly recommend😆
