The staff is very polite, but the quality of their lenses is extremely poor. I had to use the warranty about 3 months after to replace faulty lenses and they were replaced with the same garbage lens. Now I have the exact same scratched lenses and they are the unwilling to replace, even though it was noted in their system that they were replaced the first time due to being faulty. I expected a better product for paying close to $1000 dollars. I believe there are better choices out there and glasses aren't cheap. I hope this honest review helps any future buyers.

Horrible! Not at all as expected. Customer service was terrible. Almost no one in the clinic and Ivstill waited about 30 minutes past my scheduled time. It took about 15 minutes to even get acknowledged.however I did notice an immediate acknowledgment to employees that walked in the door. Not cheap and not quick. Went in looking for same day glasses for $199 and ended up spending over $800 and a week later, I MAY get them in 3-4 days. Yes. They have their excuses but not even an offer of how to lower my cost. I won’t come here again. I’ll just got to my normal optometrist.

The absolute best location there is. Sadly this was the third location I went to and kim and lea were absolutely and I mean absolutely phenomenal!!!! I recall getting my two pairs of glasses later in the year last year and as I said, it took three locations just to finally be able to get help and today I got help times 10 I can see my eyes don’t hurt anymore. I feel like I gained my confidence back all over a pair of glasses. Fast same day service. If you’re looking for a location, Arvada is where it’s at hands down. Absolutely will continue to return! The manager Lea is sweet genuine and will make you feel at home!

I came here to see if I could get a better price for what I needed/wanted for my glasses. I explained this clearly when I sat down with Diane. Before I get into that I'd like to say she was a little abrupt from the start. I had scheduled an appointment because it was the only option I could find online. When I arrived I explained that what I needed was to fill my prescription. Diane seemed annoyed by the fact that I was scheduled to see the optometrist. I explained I didn't see an option for what I specifically needed so I chose the option available. We got to my prescription and she started off checking off what she thought was best, not what I wanted. She went for the pricier options, explaining that thats what she had, and completely disregarded the fact that I said I was looking for a lower amount than I was quoted elsewhere($400). The results from these choices ended up double than what I was quoted at the other place. She then revised things and gave me a quote that was $200 less than the first and $200 more than the price I stated. Thankfully, for whatever reason she passed me off to Kimberly. With Diane's attitude I felt like she was frustrated that she couldn't make a high dollar sale($800) so she switched me to someone else. Let's get to Kimberly! She was very polite, friendly and professional. I explained what I wanted as before and she got straight to it. She showed me my options, checked at each step of the way what my insurance would cover and ways to help me get what I came for. She didn't seem rushed and made me feel like she was trying her best to meet my needs. In the end I got what I came for and was EXTREMELY pleased with the effort Kimberly put out to make sure I left a happy customer. Which I most definitely was! I'm so glad I was passed off to her because I was unhappy with the customer service I received from Diane's and had planned on leaving. I'm so glad I was able to get what I came for. Kimberly in my opinion is an exceptional employee. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't be a returning customer or giving out recommendations. It's an hour round trip to this location and I'm glad it wasn't wasted.

Great experience. Same day appt and glasses were ready same day. The lady that helped us was amazing (so sorry i forgot her name). She was very patient with us and was able to help us with a coupon. As a single mother this was a very high an unexpected expense but she helped in every way she could and i am very grateful.
