Adventure Vision Of Denver

My child is 15 and we have been going here for dental work and eyes, since he was 5 years old. The new staff on the dentist side is very unprofessional. Every time we have an appointment and we check-in. They are letting people go back that check-in after us with the exact appointment time. When we make sure we show up 20 minutes early, they'll sit at the front desk and laugh. And talk a group of 6 women. We are very disappointed. The old staff was on top of everything.

I have been trying to get of anyone at that vision office to see when my daughters glasses would be ready. It’s been weeks. I just want an update and when ever I call I’m on hold for 20 minutes. No one is answering the phone. I have called for 3 days and no one will even answer the phone.

Everyone was very nice and the eye doctor was very helpful in telling me what was going on with my son’s vision. Insurance covered everything and even new glasses! Definitely recommend

My 6-year-old son his to this office for Vision and Dental and they are wonderful. The staff is friendly. They make him feel comfortable.

Brandi R was super nice! She made my kids feel safe and comfortable during their visit! Every time we see her during our visits she is always so welcoming and very professional! She answers all of my questions and concerns and makes the process super easy! I have 4 kids that all are seen in one day every time we go and we just love her!
