Staff are amazing and were all so kind! The doctor was also fantastic and was quick but super thorough with the exam. Such a nice office with a huge selection of frames! Overall I no longer need to search for a new place for all my eye needs!
The staff was fine, my issue is solely with the cost of the visit vs. the care given. $139 to be told I have dry eyes. 10 minutes of interaction and no follow-up needed. When I scheduled the visit the person that took the appointment did mention their would be an office visit charge, but most people think in terms of copays - $25 or $40 - something in that range. You might want to inform patients of what it really could be. The lesson I learned is I’ll wait for my issue to get MUCH WORSE before I go back here, if I do at all.
A wonderful and fast experience. Dr. Denicola did a wonderful and thorough job updating my prescription. The ladies in the front office were very kind, communicative, and helpful as well.
I have been going to Dr. Ryan Smedley for nearly 20 years. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my eyes. He is the best!
Excellent experience! Highly recommend. My 11 year old daughter and I came for an exam. My daughter needed glasses for the first time. She left saying what a great experience it was. The doctor and staff were all very attentive, professional and kind. Caela helped fit my daughter for glasses and was patient and helpful. They were upfront with costs and the process was easy. I had a contact lens fitting - no high pressure sales. The office was bright and clean.
