Doctor Dieudonne and the staff Jess and Lela could not have been better. Fantastic service at an affordable cost. I highly recommend this facility located at 4200 S. East street for your optical needs. Friendly, clean and professional.
I went to the Eyeglass World on Southern Avenue after calling another store to ask about replacing my broken frames. I was told that if I brought them in, they could pop the lenses out and see what new frames would fit. When I arrived at Southern Avenue location the associate looked at my glasses and told me they weren’t repairable or replaceable because the model was discontinued. She even pulled up eBay, saw that there were a few pairs available, and said there was nothing more she could do. That was it no alternative suggestions, no real effort to help.
I have been with Eyeglass World for years I want to acknowledge Brian. When Brian places my lenses in my eyewear it feels so crisp and light . Brian does every pair of my glasses to perfection He has an amazing presence and I enjoy the customer service Eye Tech . They all are knowledgeable about my needs and produce quality every time . So anyone who reads my post I put my name and trust with this location .
I went into the Southern Plaza location and was assisted by Vanessa, the General Manager. She was so efficient at her job! She listened to me and answered all of my questions. The prices are extremely reasonable for 2 pairs of glasses. It’s rare nowadays to find kind, customer service oriented people but Vanessa is the best! Keep up the great services! You’ve got a customer for life!
Took my broken glasses that I'd purchased elsewhere into this branch for repair and was out in 15 minutes. And for free. It was really busy when I went in, but every associate that Walked past me asked if they could help me. They were all so friendly. I'm sorry I wasn't able to get the associates names, but I was there this past Tuesday in the morning. Just want to give a shout out to everyone working that morning. Thank you!!
