I was skeptical about the whole glasses in one day claim, but I must say, I was happily surprised with my visit. Found the perfect frames, and lenses that were within my budget. And the staff was top notch , particularly Stephanie, who was so professional and helpful- even with many customers to serve. I have been to 'high-end' eyeglass shops where I was Not treated with courtesy and respect. Great to see that Eyeglass World remembers the importance of serving the Customer, and the staff reflects this commitment. Well done.
I have been going here for several years and always a happy repeat customer. Minimal wait time to see optometrist and quick to get in. Dr. Guerrant is courteous and always willing to answer questions and doesn’t rush through just to get to his next appointment. William, in the optician area, spent a lot of time helping me select my glasses. I appreciate his good eye to see what looked the best on me. He was willing to work my insurance at all the angles to get me what I felt was the best price for my money on both the glasses and contact lens. I definitely recommend these courteous, service oriented professionals in helping with any vision needs. My whole family goes here.
Worst place I have ever gotten glasses from. The lenses fell out everyday and I always have to tighten the screw to make the frame tighter to keep the lenses from falling out. The lense chipped and the only thing they told me they could do was grind down the lense. Still is not fixable. DO NOT GO HERE.
The doctor who did my eye exam was genuinely the sweetest women ever i felt so comfortable with her and she didn’t make me feel bad for my bad eyesight like in the past where i’ve been to walmart and they have told me my eyes are horrible and they will just keep getting worse she was so caring and kind and we probably could of talked about dolly parton for hours
