I suggest not doing business with this establishment. The owners daughter, Susan is rude and unhelpful. I requested my contact lens records and was told these records did not belong to me and they did not have to release them because i had not been seen there for 2 years and that state law requires me to be seen every year. Even though i am seen annually by my eye doctor. Therefore they do not have to release my contact lens records. Susan told me that this is my problem. As a consumer i have never been treated so crass and discourteous.

My mom has been getting glasses here for years and has always been delighted with the quality of the lenses, frames and excellent service. She says Mr. Duff and Susan can just look at her face and make frame suggestions that work and that makes HER really happy.
