Eyeglass World

In the Spring of 2025, I had a truly remarkable experience. The customer service and care I experienced was an incredible blessing. My exam and extensive search & adjustment for my first two pairs of reading glasses, meant a lot to me. And, I wanted to highlight these three people specifically: Dr. Schmidt, Yudeli, and TJ. These three people helped to make the experience from start to finish, so special. I’m beyond grateful, and so incredibly thankful to God for these people, the experience, and my two pairs of glasses. 🤓

I'm wearing the same pair of glasses I bought from them 11 years ago! I do need a new pair despite my vision being unchanged. I'm just really impressed, the buy one get one set I bought that long ago has lasted me so long. I'm a mom of 4 younger children and I wear them all day long. My glasses have been through a lot. Two years ago, my son needed glasses temporarily while he went through vision therapy. Christian was incredibly helpful and got us what we needed quickly. Now, I'm in the market to buy glasses again for myself. I recently was diagnosed with lymes diesease and am wheelchair bound from it. I remembered their handicap parking/access wasn't the greatest - thankfully I didn't need it before. Thus, I called ahead and asked if they had the specific pair of glasses I was interested in so I didn't waste a trip. While they didn't have the glasses I wanted at that specific location, Christian kindly continued to answer all of my questions including various insurance questions. Christian also was very honest about the how much my insurance would cover despite that not necessarily looking good for their company. I've bought glasses at other places before I found Eyeglass World and they were a lot more expensive. Therefore, that didn't bother me because I was going to make out better at Eyeglass World regardless but I appreciated his honesty. Since Christian knew getting to his location would be hard for me and I had single vision lenses, I could call him and order them over the phone when I was ready. When I called back to order, the phone call went very smoothly. He took down my order, insurance info, etc. and ran the numbers with and without insurance to get me the best deal. I was able to email him my prescription too. He offered to have them mailed to my house and I could come in to have them adjusted at my convenience. I've developed light sensitivity from lymes disease (amongst many other symptoms). The sensitivity can put me in a really bad episode where I'm "paralyzed" for hours. I wanted a pair of glasses that would adjust to the lighting when I'm at other places or in a car to help offset when I am unable to control the lighting. Christian informed me of their 30 day return policy in-case I don't like the transition lenses for one of my pairs of glasses. I feel at ease that I am not stuck with the transition glasses if they don't work out for me. Christian has been incredibly helpful whenever I have spoken or seen him. He really knows what he is doing and will do what he can to make it work for the customer.

I ordered a pair of progressive glasses and UPS failed to deliver in time. Christian and Will were amazingly patient with my daily calls. Once my glasses arrived I came in to get them and the were not to my satisfaction and Will ordered me a new pair at no extra cost and I purchased a third pair at half the cost. These 2 managers were amazingly patient with their customer service! I will continue to use this store just for that fact! Thanks Will and Christian!

No customer service, asked a gentlemen if he could do my glasses with my script. He says yeah, you wanna look at frames and went right back to the computer that he was on when I came in like I was an inconvenience. Nobody came to me and asked if I needed help. The gentlemen sat at his computer ignoring me.!! Thanks for the help..don't want my business I guess. I'll go somewhere else. Thanks for nothing.

Eyeglass world is my favorite place to get glasses, they’re affordable, have most any style but most importantly have great customer service! This time I came Christian was very helpful, he worked with me to figure out a way to use my vision insurance and made sure to give me a receipt. Every time I’ve come here I’ve had great experiences, everyone working there always goes above and beyond to work with their customers.
