Dr.Otto was great to work with. She practices above and beyond the standard of care. She was receptive to my questions and request. She prioritizes patient comfort and took the time to explain each step before moving forward. She also has a great sense of humor making the exam a great pleasure. The supporting staff were also great and are very welcoming.

My experience with SVS was unnecessarily frustrating from start to finish. The tone of my interactions with staff changed noticeably after I ordered my glasses. Multiple employees were dismissive, and on several occasions their behavior crossed into outright rudeness, including eye-rolling and other unprofessional responses when I raised concerns. Resolving issues was also difficult because the office was frequently closed without notice, and phone coverage was inconsistent, making it challenging to determine when someone would actually be available. I also received conflicting information from this location, nearby locations, and corporate, which I understand may be related to recent staff turnover. Unfortunately, the glasses themselves did not work for me. When I raised concerns at pickup, my feedback was largely dismissed. Because I was unable to get meaningful assistance from the store, I sought guidance from several other opticians. The consistent feedback I received was that the lenses appeared to have been manufactured incorrectly. This was especially disappointing given that I paid for all available lens upgrades. When I returned to seek a resolution, I was met with more dismissive attitudes rather than a genuine effort to address the problem. It's unfortunate, because this appears to have once been a highly regarded business. My experience, however, was marked by poor customer service, inconsistent communication, and a lack of accountability when problems arose.
The total staff was amazing from the optometrist to the young lady that helped us with our filing to get all benefits available to us. I would have to say this is the best experience at a vision company that I have ever had. Very surprised by how low my bill was.
Just rude and unprofessional was told my insurance will cover sunglasses to have the person who helped me not seem interested in helping me at all usually they kind of help you choose glasses but he sat perched up on his chair as if irritated him by being there. Didn't offer antiglare or anything and when I got the sunglasses they totally are unbearable with the sun glaring through them. So needless to say ill be returning them today. The Dr's were very nice but the sales people weren't as friendly to me.
I was here recently to get my glasses returned. I tried it for a day and it was giving me a headache and it was hurting the sides of my head. And personally, I just want it refunded because I still have my glasses that I've had for a year and I need the money. Evan was the person assisting me. I felt bullied for the 15 mins I was there to return my glasses. He made sure I get the paper with all the breakdown that my insurance has paid and that I felt guilty in returning my glasses. He has repeatedly mentioned it all throughout the return process and I genuinely felt bullied. On top of that, he was shaking his head a lot. Like, I've never felt so ashamed and bullied for a return. I will personally not come back to this place anymore because of him.
