He helped me get properly fitted for my glasses, took the time to explain my options, and made the entire process easy and comfortable. He also helped me take advantage of an amazing rebate that saved me money and made the purchase an even better value. I had an excellent experience at Eyeglass World. The staff is very friendly, most especially Janise, who was very helpful when helping me decide on the type of glasses I should get. She even helped fix my old glasses while my new ones weren't ready yet. The staff was kind, and the young gentleman in the back was very polite and explained everything clearly as we went through all the tests. I had a great experience! The doctor was very thorough and explained everything, and my glasses were ready the next day. Overall, exceptional and highly recommended.

Came to this location to get my eyeglasses screwed back but as soon as the male technician with long black hair asked if I got my eyeglasses and I told him no, I knew he wasn’t willing to assist. He said the screw wouldn’t screw back and he couldn’t get it out either and there is nothing he can do and suggested to bring it where I bought it and perhaps they can fix it since it’s their item. I immediately went next door to LensCrafters and they were able to fix my eyeglasses in less than 2 mins. The friendly young lady even asked if I was willing to wait for few more minutes until she’s done with her customer she can change both sides with new screws. What an exceptional service. Please have your technician with poor customer service and rather go back to scrolling up and down with his phone get proper customer service training with the best, LensCrafters!

Hey! thanks for keeping my prescription!! (Yea, the only copy of the prescription because I had just seen the Dr.) just because I didn’t buy glasses from you! AND YOU KNEW my current glasses were broken 😡… Yup, just when you thought that someone was being “legit” nice! how quickly you are reminded that you’re just a number. It’s a shame!! Sorry eyeglass world that this guy works for you!! He didn’t even ask if he could add ALL these things, he literally just said “ok your total is $306.55”!! for single vision, plastic frames and with insurance!! That’s who you have working for you! QUANTITY VS QUALITY 😞
