Eyeglass World

After 2 other "eyeglass" locations and 4 failed attempts to get my progressive bifocal prescription right. Eyeglass World got it right the first time...THANK YOU! I was ready to give up. Lori was great looking up my insurance and explaining the out of network copays. She explained all my options with the progressives, and even compared pricing with insurance vs their current sale prices.100% no pressure, seamless experience. Better pricing, selection of frames, and service than anywhere else. I will recommend to everyone I know.

I want to give a shout and say Thank you to Max at Eyeglass world on North Highland Rd. Max was very nice and fixed my glasses by adding new nose pads, he did not hesitate when I came into the store and showed him my glasses he promptly took them in the back and put two new nose pads on, very considerate to customers. Thank you Max.

Went to eyeglass world in Bethel Park after having such a great first time experience there with an adjustment. I had an issue with one of my lenses and the issue was resolved immediately. Everyone there is so nice and accommodating. Will not hesitate to recommend or return to this location in the future. Very very happy.

The doctor was so kind, and the receptionist(s) were very patient and accommodating with my autism. My glasses were ready in less than a week. There's a great selection of budget options for eyeglasses, as well as plenty of designer eyewear. This place gave me my sight back. I would recommend this place to anybody needing optometry services, ESPECIALLY if they deal with autism/ADHD/other neurodivergence.

Most amazing eye Dr I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. She's a crazy cat lady like me and we had a nice little human to human conversation about our cats. She's amazing. So kind. The gentleman up front that helped me from start to finish was so sweet. I called a week prior and got one price but when I arrived at the office, it went up $10 but he honored the price I was told. The eye exam for one price and then 2 frames for $89. What an awesome deal for someone with insurance that isn't accepted in many places unfortunately. I love my glasses. Great little selection to choose from. Found my dream glasses. Fits my face and style perfectly. Thank you!!!
