They were so helpful with me getting new glasses and I found out how much my contacts would cost. All I’m going to say is much cheaper then Americans Best Eyeware. Plus it’s same day for the glasses and I love that instead of having to wait 2 weeks like American best does.

Friday, May 22 I had an appointment at eyeglass world so I could receive a reference number so I can renew my drivers license. Found out I had a cataract in my right eye so I was Advised that I could get a restricted license and they would make an appointment for me to see Dr. Solomon. Today is May 25. I could not renew my license because the reference number was incorrect because they had misspelt my name as being the patient.. I called them to get that corrected. Then I Tried to get my license renewed again. I was denied Because arrangements were not made by eyeglass world For a referral to Dr. Solomon to get my cataract taken care of. My thoughts maybe if Doctor Courtney McNulty had finished the day by doing her job instead of rushing home at the end of her shift I would not be writing this. she knew my birthday was on June 1. I was shocked to find out I had a cataract . I stressed to her the importance to get this taken care of ASAP on May 22nd. After closing of May 25, they’re all gone home And she had the day off and my referral has not been written LISTEN TO YOUR PATIENT. I’m disabled and it was very difficult for me to make that appointment and I’m in no shape to go to the DMV. I’ve had a very stressful day and it’s Eyeglass World fault for not being on the ball or for dropping the ball.

So impressed with Courtney McNulty-Faith. Had an infection and she was so gracious and professional. You can tell she loves her profession. Definitely recommend her. Thank you, again!

I would give it five stars but I'm not.. I went to the Sam rittenburg location yesterday. I was greeted when walking in. Did my eye exam. Looking for glasses after the exam and nobody helped me. Finally picked the glasses and paid for them only to be told that I can't get my glasses today.. this is the third time in a row that y'all have not honored the same day glasses.. so next time I'll just go somewhere else..
