This is my first time at Pearle Vision, and when I said the entire experience was top tier professional business etiquette. From start to finish, precheck exam, then Dr. Donavon. Lastly Andi helped me with selection of my glasses. Gave me options for pricing and I received a coupon. The entire process was smooth, and I appreciate everyone in their capacity who helped me today. I can "See" my annual appointments with Pearl Vision on Savannah Hwy in Charleston SC. Dr. Donovan and her staff were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Wait time was Minimal and Dr. Donovan made sure that everything was discussed before I left. She is definitely one of the best!

Dr. Donovan always does such a great job. Today she went above and beyond to help make sure my appointment went as smooth as possible as I had my eight week old with me. She got me in and out as quick as possible still making sure everything was taken care of. The staff was so kind to help when my baby started crying in the middle of my exam. Couldn’t ask for a better staff.

Dr.Donovan and the entire staff at Pearle Vision are excellent at eye care and they are nice too! I really like going there for my eye exams and glasses. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
