Eyeglass World

Ok so I did drive to Costco to purchase my glasses and did not get them here at Eye world!!! But when I called to ask if they would adjust them for me because at the end of the day they were so tight I had a headache, this super nice lady said sure!! (Even though she ranted against taking my business to Costco). I went in and she and the service was wonderful!!! She adjusted them perfectly and of course now I’m a big fan of the store and likely to use them in the future. I’m very sorry I didn’t get her name but she knows who I’m referring to. Thanks so much for that’s the way to treat people and gain new business!!!

A wonderful service, the products, the response time and just the overall service and the friendliness of the people working at the store. I first went to the other well-known eyeglass store and was quickly turned off by the overall SNL-like “Sprockets” feel, the prices and the two week wait time. Contrary, at the Eyeglass World, the lenses were ready in two days, the price was good and most importantly the staff at the Kingston Pike/Mall location was super friendly and helpful.

I truly recommend going here, my first experience with another clinic was horrible six hundred dollars and two and a half months later I came here. Great Dr staff was wonderful and a third of the price and had my glass in 8 day! They are the best will never go anywhere else! Client for life

I visited the Kingston Pike location on a busy afternoon and was greeted right away. I was instructed to head to the front, where Amanda assisted me. She kindly and quickly fixed my sunglasses. It was a fantastic experience as a new customer, especially since I had never been to an Eyeglass World before.
