Loved the Dr and thought I loved the experience up until today. The doctor loathed about having an influx of patients….. at the time thought nothing of it. Went to get my glasses today. Hours on the door say 5pm yet at 456 they are closed for business and cannot pick my glasses up that they called to tell me to come get. What…. Say what??!!? Like you literally told me to drive to get them and then I get there and your closed and can’t help me. Wow just wow. 50 miles one way to get there and a long 50 miles home when you didn’t get what your expected. I’m hoping someone can tell me tomorrow more than they musta left early I just work over here……

new name, same OUTSTANDING service. Dr. Herring and the staff are outstanding! I injured my eye on a Friday at 4 p.m. all the Dr.s had gone for the weekend. Dr. Herring returned to the office to see me and saved me a very expensive trip to the emergency room. thank you, Dr. Herring and staff. your kindness in my time of need is greatly appreciated.
