We had an excellent experience today trying on contacts with my teenage daughter today. We were there for eternity because she had the hardest time getting them in and out. It was a very very frustrating few hours (completely due to her having a hard time) the staff had endless patience and tips for her and allowed her plenty of breaks. I cannot commend them enough for their professionalism and patience. Thanks so much!

My daughter went to an optometrist in Farragut who gave her the wrong prescription. Made an appointment at Stanton Optical and she got a prescription that is very close to her previous prescription from last year. We worked with Christina and she was incredibly helpful/understanding. This will be where my daughter gets her eyes examined from now on.

I was so pleased with my visit. I went in for an eye exam and it went smoothly. Beth, who apparently isn’t usually upfront, was extremely welcoming and pretty much took charge of my search for frames. Rather than just standing by and offering bit of input, she took it upon herself to go through all the frames, and select the ones that looked and fit the best. She knows her inventory, so She knew exactly what she was looking for based on the style that she felt would work best for me. Over the past few years, I have seen this location, time and time again, but overlooked it, because at face value it looked like any other Franchise, chain location. However, if I had known how positive of an experience I’d have, I would have gone to Stanton long long ago. I will definitely recommended.

We have an exchange student who was low on one of her contacts. Christina worked tirelessly to help us translate and figure out her insurance and what we needed to resolve our circumstance. Our student was a bit overwhelmed and Christina was so personable and made her so comfortable. Customer service is not dead and a young girl from Germany got a huge dose of southern hospitality. Thank you, Christina!

Great experience. Cristina was very helpful! Went above and beyond to get my daughter the glasses that looked the best. She was amazing! Highly recommend
