Rosalina and Brooklyn at the West Town Mall location are absolute angels. I walked in feeling completely unheard and overwhelmed after days of having my real experiences brushed off as anxiety. Without even knowing what I was dealing with behind the scenes, they treated me with pure kindness, empathy, and respect at every step. They validated how I felt, took my concerns seriously, and helped me find a genuine solution instead of pushing me aside. Their compassion was the exact reason I was able to smile today.
