Eyeglass World

Adam saved the day! I have an older pair of RayBans that needed the lenses replaced. I went back to the retailer in the mall where I had gotten them and they ordered the lenses for me. When they finally came in, the store said they could not put them in and sent me to their other location across town. The other location said they couldn’t do it either. After going around Tyler to multiple places today, Adam at Eyeglass World got them swapped out in no time at all! I really appreciate him! and his kind customer service!

I have been wearing corrective Eyewear for 40+ years. Ive worn contact lenses for over 35 years. Eyeglass World did a lot of different examinations of my eyes, some I've never seen. I don't know what they all were for, I'm just saying it was among the most thorough of exams I've ever had. Maybe the most thorough. The lenses they prescribed are comfortable, moist, and cost effective 30 day disposable daily wear lenses. We treated an astigmatism with one eye.(nice) I also got 2 pairs of glasses for the price of one. Aside from the technically pleasing and economically effective results listed above I found the entire staff to be very prepared, knowledgeable, and most of all, friendly. And they work til 7pm!! (what!!??- yep) All things held equal, i'll be making the extra drive to my eye Doctor, in Longview for years to come.

I was shopping for progressive lenses and was getting erroneous information or sky high prices. I went to Eyeglass World and had the pleasure of working with General Manager Adam King. He was very informative about the lens and more importantly the “process” to get my brain to adjust to a new type of corrective lens. He explained the layout of the frame display and left me to make my choice without any pressure. Once I selected frames, he ran through pricing scenarios using and not using insurance. Though he could have had a bigger sale if I’d chosen to get two pair, he recommended against it at this time, while I get used to my new progressives. The receipt I received said the glasses would not be ready until the 16th. I picked them up today (the 9th). Quality service, reasonable prices, and timely turnaround.

Was in Tyler from out of town when I sat on my glasses. Adam was fast, efficient and friendly. He welcomed us with a smile and had me fixed up in about 5 minutes. Thank you. I imagine they are a great place for Tyler locals.

My husbands appointment was 4:00 and mine was 4:30(rescheduled because they called us the morning if to cancel our morning appointments). At 4:40 we still had not been seen. It wasn’t even busy. Worst ever! Never going back. We just ended up leaving
