America’s Best Optometrist

I took my son in for a new pair of glasses. The last place we went to was kind of a traumatic experience as my baby is disabled and has a hard time communicating. The optometrist was rude and made him cry. HOWEVER everyone here at Stanton Optical was very helpful and patient with my boy. He was all smiles and giggles throughout the whole process. Lisa, Natasha, and Madeline are so sweet and helpful. We will definitely be returning. In and out with a pair of 👓 in an 1.5 hr. Thank you ladies. You made our entire day!

Terrible customer service I made an appointment. Two weeks in advance and they called three days before the appointment and stated they had to reschedule due to the Dr needing to be off for something. Which hey i get things come up but the thing that angered me is they wanted to reschedule my appointment another two weeks out. If your going to reschedule some ones appointment then they should take priority to be in sooner than another two weeks. Very poor management on their end.

My experience at Americas best was amazing friendly staff all around. It was nice to have updated eye exam equipment. The sales ladies were amazing I brought in my Meta glasses and they reassured me that they would take great care of them. Got 2 pairs for cheaper than other places quoted me for just lenses. Go by they just got a customer for life

They don’t have any doctors in house. They use teledoc after testing. They do not makes lenses in house (7-10 days) so if you need glasses today this is the wrong place.

Kristina was so so so helpful throughout the process of picking the glasses and also picking the contact. We thank her and the rest of the crew for being so patient
