I had a great experience! The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The doctor was extremely informative, kind, and took the time to answer my questions and explain everything clearly. They also had a great selection of glasses to choose from, which made finding the right pair easy. Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them!
Dr. Ly and his staff are always top teir. The services and equipment they use are always up to date and clean. He is fast and friendly but very thorough. They also offer a wide variety of frames and contacts. It's a guarantee that once you experience it yourself, you will fully understand why I consider Dr. Ly the very best in the area.
They were very courteous and nice at reception, I was early to appointment and they got me back early and took care of me as quickly as possible. Took all the time to ask all info they needed to get accurate tests done. The doctor was very nice and respectful in explaining everything to me so I could go back over to the Va with my script
The doctor was very professional and very thorough. As good an eye exam as I’ve had. I just moved to Tyler two years ago and my first eye exam down here. I don’t believe it’s quite correct. Because the prescription never seemed right. When the doctor showed me what I had now and he was going to prescribe. The vision through the machine was so much better. The staff is very unprofessional (the first desk receptionist)Being disrespectful to clients when asking questions is clearly uncalled for. Basically the Doctor wrote me a prescription of what he thought my vision was. Never have I had 20/20 vision. He claimed my eyes had gotten stronger and wanted me to try a different brand.The prescription was very incorrect and had to result back to my old original prescription a waste of a yearly eye exam which was billed to my insurance. The contact lens eye exam was incorrect and so was my eye glasses prescription which I paid hundreds of dollars on a frame and lenses. The Doctor never responded with any concerns.
