Literally had the best experience. Emily was the sweetest to my daughter. She wasn't even getting her eyes checked and she let her try on all the little kid glasses.they ended up doing like a little exam for her just to make sure she didn't need a bigger exam. They kept my daughter Entertained while getting my paperwork done. They were so helpful with insurance and pricing things out. Dr. Christensen I believe was the ophthalmologist was also just so kind and informative. I really have never had an experience that was that good. They really went above and beyond completely recommend.

Crystal and Monica are seriously the absolute best. This is my second time coming here and I'm so glad Monica is still here. She is upbeat , knows her stuff and always makes us feel so welcome ! Crystal was super friendly , made me feel welcomed and comfortable and knew what she was doing ! Dr. Christensen is who I saw this time and he was super amazing ! I was in and out of his office in 5 minutes. Got a new prescription and was given several quotes on different frames , filters and lenses. Absolutely love this place ! Monica is super deserving of a raise. She has been here a long time and seriously is my go to for help. This was my spouses first time coming here and Monica was the one that helped him. He left feeling confident and it really made his first eye doctor appointment in years a good one. Please give Monica a raise and some praise ! She is so deserving of it ! Thank you again Monica and Crystal ! We truly appreciate you both !

Received my new glasses today. Progressive bifocals took a week to get done. Only single prescription glasses can get done the same day. Got my 2 pairs with the $78 frames for just over $300. Happy with purchase.

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Crystal was amazing at getting me exactly what I needed in a very personable, yet professional, manner!

I worked with Crystal today (5/24/25) at the 70 South 500 West Bountiful location and I left with the biggest smile on my face. She was so sweet, helpful and patient taking care of me, that she deserves to be praised for her hospitality at Eyeglass World. This was my first time ever getting glasses and she helped me and my finance pick out frames for me, all the things I’ll need in my lenses and also just make me feel comfortable. She was kind and really made me feel at ease. You don’t always find these type of people in the work place so keep her close and don’t take her for granted because Crystal was amazing. I am going to recommend her to my coworkers who have the same eye vision insurance who haven’t used it. Thank you again Crystal!! - Blake
