I did not feel that the doctor or the assistant showed much concern during my visit. The appointment felt more like a routine checkup than a personalized patient experience. I would have appreciated more education about my condition and the opportunity to have a meaningful discussion rather than simply being taken through the standard process. Additionally, I was not informed in advance about the eye solution that was being administered or any precautions or potential effects associated with it. Better communication would have helped me feel more comfortable and informed throughout the visit. Overall, I believe the staff could have provided a more attentive, informative, and patient-centered experience.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. I had total lens replacement surgery for cataracts. 3 months in I'm still amazed at how much better I can see. Can pass my drivers license test without glasses!

The wait time tends to be long, but doctor Gupta is great at her job and it really feels like she cares about her patients. She had a feeling i might have something else going on besides the issue i initially came in for and she was right. One of the best doctors I’ve ever had.

Negative 5 stars. Dena the office manager in Bountiful should not be. She is the scheduling and customer care problem and teaching her staff under her to be the same way. She could have handled everything with a little respect and consideration but she apparently doesn't make apologies for anyone and she allowed and even encouraged her staff to make ME the bad guy because this office staff messed up my appointment from top to bottom. And I watched them give more than one person the check out experience after an appointment that they definitely did NOT extend to me. I'm not sure if it's because I dont have insurance and paid out of pocket??? I will never know. I'll get any further vision needs taken care of ANYWHERE else.

Beautiful new facility! The staff is kind, friendly and you can sense they love their jobs!! The team work, from reception to anesthetist was great, so efficient and fast, Dr Poll talked me thru the laser and cataract procedure and it was over very quickly. As a retired RN that has worked in many facilities and specialties I appreciated the extras that relieve your anxiety, especially being able to remain in your street clothes!. Kudos to Debbie and all her staff….. If I were still working I would love to be part of this team! See you soon for the next eye, I’m not as stressed now thanks to you all!!!
