Bought expensive sunglasses in April that broke in August. Eyeglass world won’t replace the frames because I didn’t buy their insurance. I never had this happen as a lifelong glasses wearer. They sell cheap stuff and won’t back it up. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere. The owner replied in Spanish which I don’t understand. How stupid
I came to Eyeglass World to have my glasses repaired, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. The attendant had my glasses fixed in less than five minutes! I was honestly amazed at how fast and efficient the service was. They were polite, professional, and made sure everything was perfect before handing them back to me. This isn’t my first great experience here either. I actually purchased my glasses from this location last year, and the service then was just as impressive. The staff helped me find the perfect pair, walked me through all my options, and made the process easy from start to finish. They really take their time to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. It’s great to see a place that consistently delivers excellent customer service. I truly appreciate how friendly and helpful the team is every time I stop by. Walked in, wasn't acknowledged by a single employee or asked if I needed assistance. I brought a prescription in and hoped to find a nice pair of frames. Their selection was limited for premium brands, and customer service was nonexistent.

And I can't thank the general manager enough for understanding about moving my appointment back and hour and accommodating me my wife and our lil service Animal. Thank you guys so much it was just absolutely a great experience. I recommend this place to anyone that needs glasses. Also they are able to do same day glasses. Just wonderful 😊
When I entered the store for my appointment every employee I saw greeted me with a smile on their face. I met Gilberto when I was choosing my frames. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I asked a lot of questions about frames and my prescriptions and he took the time to share his vast knowledge on each subject. The frames I picked didn’t fit correctly and he explained why and even chose a pair that I liked and they fit perfectly. They are customer focused, patient and knowledgeable they deserve a way better star rating. If you go to this location ask for Gilberto he will take good care of your needs.
