Eyeglass World

Coming into eyeglass world is always a nerve wracking experience for me because the staff is not nice. It’s always an attitude or a nasty look. I bought my son’s glasses last year from them and I promised I would never go back in after my last interaction with the staff. My son broke his glasses yesterday so I have to go in this morning. When I tell you that SEAN WAS AMAZING. He instantly put me at ease. He was so nice understanding honestly sweet compassionate and caring. He is the best person in that store and I will only be coming back if Sean is available for me to deal with him. Thank you so much Sean.

Worst customer service. I hate how they changed their payments ways for paying for a exam like why can't I pay inside the exam room like always before you can. Now I have to be waiting for an hr to just pay a simple exam that takes less then 5 MINUTES!!! Not the first time too!

Eileen always has the best customer service. Eyeglass World in my opinion is the best place for glasses. From the dr to the staff, Jessica and Cynthia have made getting my contacts and glasses the best experience. Had contacts ordered and something was off. Dr. took no time to say come in and let's get it fixed and figured out. We love eyeglass world.

Worst place ever would not recommend. Had an appointment for glasses and contacts and everything went wrong. First of all an employee states that PROGRESSIVES and MONOVISION are the same thing oops. Because my glasses had to be redone I asked for my contact prescription and ordered them. The next thing i know i had difficulty seeing called the office so they verify my prescription was told by manager LORENA i needed to repay the doctor for a visit since my 30 days were up which by the way they had my glasses for 32 days that they could not find. After repeating myself back and forth she gave me an appointment. And later that night get text message my appt was cancelled still went to office and they wanted to charge me for another visit. After all the altercations I was helped by the only professional person in this office that figured out the PRECRIPTION WAS WRITTEN DOWN WRONG. All LORENA had to do was check and listen to customer not ignore them because this our health we are talking about. and also lost my contacts prescription money no refund, they didn't have the decency to give a refund or offer the contacts. Everyone please check your glasses or contact prescriptions for these people do not check there entries. IT IS FOR OUR HEALTH AND SAFETY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I went to this place last week. Hopefully, I will never ever return there. The young girl who took care,if I can say, care of me, was so lazy. Didn't spend up to show me the frames and her customer service was terrible. Personally, I dont care about ages for work but this youg lady was either not well trained or she doesn't need her job. Customer service is the most important thing on sales. Not only that, we as customers, through are business, we provide the money to pay her salary. Am so sorry, but if there is no need to work, let other people work with passion and love for the company. I wasn't totally important for her business. Unfortunately, I didn't pay attention to her name, she said doesn't speak Spanish, I know is not mandatory but it is a plus for other people too.
