Optical Insight of Palm Spring

I had a wonderful experience @ Optical Insight!!! From the moment I walked in the front door and was greeted by Jamie, the office manager, and Lerayne, who were both extremely polite…to the young lady that gave me my Preliminary eye exams before seeing Dr. Aldrin who was extremely thorough in examining my eyes and answering all of my concerning questions. After going over the results with me the Dr. suggested I get reading glasses. I met with the optician, Dylan, who showed me the huge selection of different frames and with his expertise he suggested a few he thought I would like. Eventually I picked out a really nice pair and they were ready the next day. I would highly recommend this place & their staff to anyone who needs to take good care of their eyesight today and in the future. Don’t put it off like I did because now I feel so much better and relieved that I can see the small print!!!! Thanks for letting me share my experience with you.

I had a great experience during my visit! The staff was incredibly friendly and the entire process was very well organized from start to finish. A special thank you to Dylan, the optician, who was not only professional but also extremely informative. He took his time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

I NEVER feel rushed by Staff. They all treat me like a VIP. Every visit has been a positive experience. Dr. Joshua Aldrin was patient w me during my exam & answered ALL of my questions. Dylan is knowledgeable & always patient w me while I select new frames or need adjustments. Front Office is always friendly & accommodating when I need new eyeglasses.

Staff was very attentive and answered all my questions. Excellent staff that were extremely helpful as I had not been to the eye doctor in years! Dylan, one of the employees that helped me pick out my glasses was very friendly and accommodating.

My mother wanted to have new lenses put in an old frame. We called there and they said yes, they could do that. Although we signed a statement that they would not be responsible for the frame as we didn’t purchase it there, we were advised that everything should be OK. When we picked up the glasses, my mom noticed what she thought was a crack in the lens. It was glue. The gentleman who helped us removed the glue and handed her glasses back. One week later the frame popped where the glue had been keeping it together. I wish that they would’ve told us that there was more of a risk than they claimed and we would not have spent $160 to get new lenses. She’s on a fixed income and $160 may as well be $1600. I recommend anyone who wants to replace their lenses in their old frames, not to do this. And I recommend that the staff advise their clients against it. After all, they are the experts and we rely on their expertise. Very disappointed.
