Had the most amazing customer service experience. My special needs son lost his glasses while on vacation and we were in desperate need. The staff was more than accommodating and friendly. We were greeted with a smile and warm welcome as soon as we walked in. The exam was quick but thorough. Everyone also did their best to help us with our unique situation from start to finish. Thank you to everyone who saved our trip with the best customer service!

I am immensely grateful and appreciative for the customer care given to my family by the staff at this location, especially staff member Kristal who took my call yesterday evening after my daughter damaged her glasses while on vacation at Universal Studios. Kristal suggested that my daughter come in today and got her in new frames/lenses the same day so that my daughter could continue enjoying her trip. I truly appreciate the time and attention given to us today. You all are the best!

I originally came into the store on 3/18/26 and purchased glasses that I wasn’t happy with. When I went back to the store on 4/8…I was embarrassed because I was returning the glasses that I purchased. Myrna made me feel important, heard and at ease. She was so professional yet, I felt like I had known her for years!! Just wanted to let Eyeglass World know that Myrna is amazing!!

Friendly staff, the Dr. was experienced and provided detailed information regarding the exam and vision. The associate who did my measurements and checked me out had a really good sense of humor and he was honest about what I needed and probably didn't need for my glasses. If you don't have insurance you get to pick out 2 frames! I recommend this location!

Everyone who works here is super nice, super informative and very helpful. Love the atmosphere here. Been to plenty of different eyewear locations and this place is by far the best. They gained a new loyal customer !
