What a life saver for my mom today! Shana-Kay was so helpful and had everything done within the hour. She was so pleasant and patient with us, thank you so much, we really appreciated it!

I would like to start this off by saying that I'm a returning customer. I've had multiple good experiences here. This time my eye doctor and exam were wonderful and I'm extremely happy in that area. However, with that being said, I do want to bring attention to the front of the house staff. I think there needs to be a better process when contacting customers about picking up their purchases. Today I called to ask about the status of my glasses because the sales associate/front desk help told me that it might take awhile due to having to send my glasses out of office and the holiday weekend might mess up the processing date and they would call me when they were ready for pickup. My appointment was March 31st. I called on April 15th. The lady on the phone said they had texted me on April 6th.. and that I didn't respond. I never got a text and she then said "Maybe it went to spam." So that's just puzzling because texts don't go to spam. Also no email.. So after no response shouldn't there be some sort of follow up to contact the customer?? Like some sort of other form of communication.. like an actual phone call would have been swell. Or just another text , really any other attempt than one shot effort. Anyways, I'm just extremely disappointed about the lack of communication that happened here and hopefully they see this and consider a different way to communicate with their guests. Disappointed.

Shana is a AMAZING. I came into eyeglass world hoping they might be able to help me. I fell asleep on my glasses and Shana brought them back to life. I had zero wait time and my glasses were better than new. Don’t walk, RUN to eyeglass world where they and Shana exceed expectations

Drove in from Tampa to the Wesley Chapel location only because the frames we purchased were purchased from said store. It’s amazing to see that businesses actually have open doors with the horrible customer service they practice in. Every employee here all 5 are in their own little worlds. I employee was tending to a customer (light eyes female curly hair) however the rest couldn’t be bothered. When I walked in 1 associate did direct me to a chair by thd window as she threw her bag over her shoulder & left. Another employee wouldn’t even look up from the desk, walked around a bit & then grabbed her bag & left. All this while there’s 4 customers in the store & no one has greeted me or even asked why I’m even here. The other 2 associates went into the back & were never to be seen again. If you enjoy being ignored this would be the perfect spot for you. I simply came to drop off frames to be repaired & never expected this to turn out to be an all day event!!! DO BETTER EYEGLASS WORLD!! Anyone can come in & clear the shelves & no one would care. Finally when the one sweet worker that was actually working came to me (45 minutes later immediately after finishing up with previous customer) We get ‘Nosey Nancy’ April trying to direct her over to her people that just walked in. Even mumbled under her breath with a sarcastic remark & gave me attitude when we mentioned being her since 1245 & it’s now 1:19. I’ll make sure NEVER EVER to use this less than professional establishment that’s for sure!! 👍🏽 EMPLOYEE LEE IS THE SHINING STAR OF THIS LOCATION! If you don’t come to see her than it’ll never be worth the trip!!

My go-to for years. But, what pushed me to write a review was the associate Christine. Her speedy, personable and reliable service stuck out to me greatly. She was amazing in every way- so helpful in finding the right frames and assessing what lenses would work best for me. Her bubbly personality is the cherry on top. Love this facility- dedicated customer for a long while.
