Eyeglass World

I had great experience from start to finish. Olivia took the time to be patient and so kind in helping me pick out glasses. Walked me through it all. Helped me pick out my two pairs glasses with ease. Which was so refreshing to deal with. I had my kids there with me. They treated them super nice. My eye exam went super fast. The doctor was even extra kind in leaving the door open while kids waited in the waiting room. It went all super smooth. I definitely recommend this specific location. I drove an hour there and it was definitely worth it ✨❤️👓

I had a great experience at Eyeglasses World. I was able to get my glasses the same day—they were ready in about 4 hours, which was such a lifesaver. The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful from start to finish. They truly went above and beyond, and honestly, they deserve a raise for the amazing customer service they provide. The whole process was fast, smooth, and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend Eyeglasses World to anyone who needs quality glasses quickly and wants to be treated with genuine kindness.

This was truly one of the best eye care experiences I’ve ever had if i couldve give it more stars I absolutely would. Chris, the manager, immediately took charge of my issue—originally caused by a prescription mistake from elsewhere. He assured me they'd handle it, and they did. Victoria, the technician, made me feel completely comfortable during the initial eye pre-test. Dr. Nagy, the optometrist, was exceptional—he identified exactly what had gone wrong. Then Heather, the sales rep, ensured my new glasses order was seamless. Every team member operated at a level of professionalism that blew me away. I felt like part of a family—this was flawless service, and I’m truly grateful. I’d recommend them to anyone!

We recently moved to Southwest Florida from the Midwest, and it’s been surprising how often businesses make you feel like they’re doing you a favor just by helping you. That’s not the case here. Chris and his team at eyeglass world were outstanding-professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure we were satisfied. it was a refreshing experience, and they went out of their way to help. Highly appreciated.Thank you.

I had the pleasure of working with Olivia out of the Estero Florida location. Olivia was very professional, patient and extremely knowledgeable. She was also very kind, and offered suggestions on how to accommodate in balancing my glasses so both lenses were equal thickness and assured me she would help me with an issue of my glasses sliding down the bridge of my nose! She went over and above my expectations!
