Bryan was a treat when I made a visit to the Target optical in Coconut Point! He was welcoming and attentive and his knowledge of optics is vast. He explained things to me that I hadn’t known before. I appreciated that he actively listened when I had questions. This day in age, good customer service is important and Bryan’s customer service was excellent! Go see 👀 him for a top notch experience!!! Thank you Bryan, Target is lucky to have you.

I had a great experience at Target Optical! The service was friendly, quick, and professional from start to finish. A special shoutout to the manager, Bryan, who was incredibly informative, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He made the entire experience easy and stress-free. I am blind as a bat and this office was so welcoming and nice. Even though I take forever to decide on things especially what’s going on my face they really care and took all my needs and time needed to make the right decision with me. I recently went to Target Optical to pick up the glasses I had ordered, but after trying them on, they weren’t quite what I was expecting. Thankfully, Karina and Yisel were extremely helpful, patient, and friendly throughout the process. They let me know if I was unhappy they would gladly order a different pair (Target guarantee). They helped me find a better-fitting pair and let me know the new glasses should arrive next week. The visit was fast and stress-free — only about 15 minutes from start to finish. The customer service was excellent, and they had a great variety of eyeglass frames to choose from. Definitely worth the review! Thank you.
