One word 10/10. I came in with my wife who had an exam I was greeted by Natalie who was wonderful. She got us all checked in and explained to my wife her insurance benefits for the year. We started looking around and it was a pleasant experience the ambience was very welcoming. They had some upbeat music with nice visuals on the tv and weren’t very crowded which we appreciated we feel our customer service we received was excellent. We were able to ask questions and find her glasses before the doctor called her in. Dr.Moore was very knowledgeable and efficient. He did an overall health check up and gave her a new prescription for glasses and was pleasant to speak to. Once we were finished with the doctor meilys was the young lady who waited on us. She was very patient and helpful and overall sweet. She explained all their lens enchantments and what each of them did. My wife appreciated this very much because in other places they don’t bother to tell you know what you’re getting and what it does for your eyes. We learned all sorts of new things and it was very useful as we felt like we were apart of the process of making my wife’s glasses. Over all our experience here was higher then we expected. The reviews here might look scary but don’t take them at face value as they do not reflect what the office is ACTUALLY like. This optical is amazing and all the staff including the doctor were amazing and nothing sort. We really do appreciate the experience and my wife is very happy with her glasses we will be returning next year 100%. Thank you for such a welcoming visit.

I came in on friday in the afternoon, meilys greeted me with a smile and was very kind. She made sure all of my questions were answered and gave me the best care ive received in an optical before. They had a huge selection of glasses and she helped me pick the perfect ones that fit comfortably and made sure were the right size. Although i didnt see a doctor here i will definitely be coming back to have my next eye exam here and have meilys help me out once again. Super clean store smelt very nice looked well taken care of. Everything looked great and in a great area. Meilys was very good and knowledgeable and provided me the best quality for my money spent. They have an amazing protection plan for only 40 dollars for a year of protection and that seems to be an amazing deal for a complete replacement in case of damage to the glasses i loved this !! Highly recommend checking them out and paying her a visit !! Thank you again for all the amazing help !!!

Today, I was helped by Natalie. From the beginning of my kids appointment she was very helpful and kind. I also had my toddler with me and she explained in detail all my options and what she recommenced upon our specific needs. At check out I even received free sunglasses to choose with my purchase and couldn’t be happier! Thanks for making our time at the eye doctor as pleasant as possible, will definitely be back. Went for a contact lens exam so that I could order more contacts. I have been wearing contacts for over 30 years. I’m also a healthcare provider myself. I have never experienced anything like this. This place was dirty, cluttered, and outdated. They did not wipe the equipment down before I was asked to put my face on it. The right eye for one of the lenses (when you’re reading the wall and they’re determining your Rx) was smudged or dirty. I pointed that out and I was accused of having a cataract. (I do NOT have a cataract). The elderly optometrist loudly and obnoxiously SHUSHED me several times when I would try to speak to share my concerns regarding my current prescription. I was told to try a sample for a few days and call back to let them know how I liked them before he would write my Rx. You can only get ahold of the centralized scheduling call center. Each time you call they say they will send an urgent message to the store to call me back. Several days and attempts later I still don’t have a call back let alone the prescription that I paid for. I had to pay out of pocket to get another exam at a different office and company so that I don’t run out of contacts. They were reported to the State of FL MQA and I disputed the charges through my insurance and my credit card company. Do not go here unless you absolutely have to.
