What is the point of an appointment if you cannot honor someone's time? I had an apt on Monday at 4:30 and waited 45 min before I had to go for dinner plans. They rescheduled me for Friday during my lunch hour. I waited 40 min and had to walk out to be back for a meeting. Disrespecting peoples time is the same as disrespecting them in person. We are all busy and if we as customers are to honor an appointment time, so should you.

I had an appointment yesterday with the staff here at the Greenwood location. Everyone was kind and helpful. The eye dr himself was great, as well. Dr. McCain (I believe his name was). I told him my struggles - he found the problem, validated what was going on, then gave me a great prescription that'll help me with my actual job. I'm a salon owner where I specialize in lashes and brows. He told me to get wider glasses because that is still a selling point. "You can still have great lashes and wear glasses." Just absolutely so sweet and educated. 10/10

Kecia was an absolute delight she helped me from the point that I called in to the point that I swipe my card. She was extremely professional kind and diligent Jared. The sales manager was also super sweet. He helped ensure the best experience & I will be sure to recommend all friends / family here !

If I could give less than one star I would. Had my glasses remade 4 times and they couldn’t get my prescription right. Was seen by two different optometrist that couldn’t get my prescription correct. DO NOT GO HERE. Do not waste your time or money. I never received a call or text when my glasses were ready. Had to contact this location multiple times to advocate for MYSELF. Same day glasses are not as advertised. Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere.

Don't expect your new glasses same day.. even when they have your lenses. And be prepared to be treated like crap when you mention that's their policy. Never again.......premium prices. Lowest quality and service....
