Eyeglass World Optomerist

Truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! I recently visited Eyeglass World for the first time to buy contacts, and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by Wilfredo. He took the time to really listen to my past experiences with contacts and offered thoughtful, personalized recommendations that perfectly fit my needs. You can tell he genuinely cares and wants each customer to leave with the best option possible. His attention to detail and kindness truly stood out. He went above and beyond in every way. I also had the pleasure of meeting Aericka, the store manager, who was just as wonderful! Her positive energy and kindhearted nature made the whole experience even better. It’s rare to find a team that’s this caring, attentive, and dedicated to great service. I’m so grateful I chose this location. Highly recommend Eyeglass World! I’ll definitely be coming back. 👏🏼

The absolute worst optometrist I have ever had. It felt like they did not want me to see! They made my life so hard for no reason!! The test contacts they sent me home with were +1.00 when they should have been -1.00. Once they were able to give me the correct contacts, my vision was still a little blurry but the optometrist told me that was perfectly normal. I was new to contacts so I just took his Word for it. My eyes were constantly strained and my vision was better with my glasses prescription from the previous year that I received from a different optometrist so I never even bothered ordering glasses with the new prescription. I did end up going somewhere else for a second opinion and turns out the prescription I was given at Eyeglass World was WAY TOO STRONG. Now with the new prescription my vision is perfect using the contacts.

I just want to say thank you because the service was excellent. Hunter, who assisted me, was incredibly patient and helped me at all times in choosing the glasses that best suited my needs and facial features. In addition, the rest of the staff provided amazing and prompt service. I felt very comfortable from the moment I walked into the store. Congratulations! (Everyone speak Spanish)

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Eyeglass World in Orem! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. Jessica went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of glasses. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, guiding me through the entire process with genuine care and attention to detail. Her positive attitude and professionalism made the experience not only easy but actually enjoyable. I’ve never had such a pleasant time picking out glasses before. Jessica is truly a gem, and thanks to her, I’ll be recommending this location to everyone I know. 10 out of 10—highly recommend!

I made it into my local Eyeglass World with glasses that needed some delicate repair work. Though I did not purchase the glasses at Eyeglass World they were willing to help out a potential customer in need. Thanks for going the extra mile for me. I will definitely bring my business their in the future!!
