Everytime we have gone in there, staff has been exceptional. We were in town for my husband's eye surgery this time, and his glasses broke. Donna and Gaby both took their time to fix his glasses. Not an easy task. They were very professional, kind and helpful. Thank you, Ladies.
On April 23,2026 I was at the Lincoln store for an eye exam recheck. The store personell claimed my prescription was perfect. However, my vision was not acceptable. After the exam, it was determined my prescription had changed. Donna was, by far, the best and most knowledgeable assistant in the store! The manager seemed to think that I needed new glasses and was wanting to sell me 2 new pairs. Donna was able to clear up her confusion and get my needs taken care of professionally and courteosly. My previous visit seemed to be a training session, at my expense. Thank you, Donna, for taking the time to get to get my needs taken care of with expertise.
Noel at Eyeglass World was extremely helpful while my son was getting new glasses. My son had picked out the wrong pair, and Noel made the whole process so easy and stress-free. Great customer service and such a positive experience!

My glasses got knocked off a couple of times, were making a sore on my nose and were not good for reading. Eyeglass world replaced the nose pieces, adjusted them, and answered my questions about reading. I just love being able to walk into this place with friendly, knowledgeable people. That’s why I’ve bought my last 2 pairs of glasses there
