Dr PV is always so kind, listens well and is compassionate. He is a real expert in his field and admired by many health professionals. His office and assistants are all professional and always run on time, too!
The Tech who did the initial assessment zipped through it like she was double parked! Probably took 5-8 minutes from start to finish. It was quite disconcerting to both patient and parent. Dr. Liu was thorough and engaging. My teenager had a good experience with her.
Dr. Ding was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I took my mother to see him for an eye exam and he took the time to answer all my questions and patiently explain everything thoroughly. We felt very comfortable and truly cared for with him.
I took my daughter in for an exam & bought $210 glasses for her. Less than 24 hours later I cancelled the order because we found some at costco. I was told they cancelled the order in time & a refund will go on my card in a week. 2 weeks later i called & they said they are processing it now. 3 days after that still no refund & the billing department woman was extremely rude. She said they were unaware about a refund until i called. So now it wont be for another week until i maybe get my refund. A whole month! They really need to communicate with the other departments & work on customer service.
Dr.Tong was great!! I’ve always had a great experience with the doctors at this location and King City. My only issue is the wait time once I am in the exam room. Every appointment I’ve had, we have waited in the exam room for about 45 minutes to be seen by the doctor. This just seems like an abnormally long time to wait once in the exam room.
