Fantastic experience! Quick, easy, kind, and good customer service. My daughter needed her glasses replaced quickly and they came through for us in a big way. Same day eye exam! 31 minutes after selecting her frames, her new glasses were ready for her. Would recommend and will be back.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Eye exam to determine my new prescription was fast and easy. Prices were better than my last glasses purchase from another competitor. Glasses fit perfect and my new prescription was excellent. Highly recommend Eye Mart for your glasses needs.
Chad was very helpful in helping pick out glasses for me. He was very patient and was able to answer all of my questions. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else to get glasses again! Getting glasses the same day I ordered them was seriously the best!
Not the greatest customer service. I walked in and stood around waiting for a good 10 minutes as people worked around me. Noone said a word. Finally I walked up the the window in the back corner and asked if anyone could assist me. That's when I was told that there were 2 separate entities sharing the same space, which still wasn't explained very well. I think the corner office is the exams and contact fitting and the rest of the space is to make and adjust eye glasses. I'm sure I'll figure that out at a later appointment. Either way, Very confusing! After another 10-15 minutes waiting to see if they took my insurance, I was finally able to make an appointment to get my vision checked. Fortunately, once through the initial insurance checks they had an opening the next day. I'll update this review once I get through their entire process. So far, not very impressed.
I was helped by a very courteous, friendly, patient, understanding, knowledgeable and professional employee while getting frames for my eyeglass prescription. Her name was Claire. It had been a long time since I had gotten frames, anywhere. Claire politely brought up several suggestions and small concerns about what kind of frames would best fit my nose and be best for the centering of my eyes, within the types of (wider) frames that I had originally picked out. I also had several specific questions related to frames and lense types that I had previously come up with on my own, and Claire was very knowledgeable in answering them, as well. All the other employees who I briefly interacted with during my visit there, were all friendly, and greeted me when I entered the store.
