I had such a wonderful experience at this nail salon! Vivian is always absolutely amazing—friendly, welcoming, professional, and so attentive to detail. She took her time to make sure my nails were exactly what I wanted, and they turned out beautiful! The salon was clean, relaxing, and had such a great atmosphere. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and will definitely be coming back to see Vivian, Kenny and staff! I Highly recommend Vivian and this salon! 💅✨

I was visiting my sister, and we decided to treat ourselves to pedicures. We were seated pretty quickly and only waited about 15 minutes before our services began. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The gentleman who did my pedicure was unprofessional from start to finish. I wear sandals all the time, so my feet are naturally a little rougher than some people's. I completely understand that's part of getting a pedicure, but it was the way he handled the situation that bothered me. He seemed visibly irritated that he had to work on my feet, which made me feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed throughout the service. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect, regardless of the condition of my feet. If you don't enjoy providing this service, it may not be the right job for you. To make matters worse, my feet still looked and felt rough when the pedicure was finished. I left feeling disappointed, uncomfortable, and like I had wasted my money. I would not return based on this experience.

First time going here. Will likely not return. MIL and I both got mani/pedi on Wednesday afternoon. It is now Friday and my nails are popping off at a rapid rate and my MIL’s are chipping badly. I know polish does not last as long as gel, but 2 days…come on! It costs way too much for it to already look like this. They rushed my MIL, didn’t even push back her cuticles and spent half the time doing her pedi. They were not super busy, there were 3 customers total and we made prior reservations. Would not recommend based on our experience.

Orchid has been my go-to nail salon. I used to love it. However, the last 2 times I've gone for acrylics, the wait has been horrible. It seems that appointments mean nothing. I completely understand that places get busy, so I brushed it off and continued going as I really like both Vivian and Kenny. But today I arrived at 11:30 for a fill and was moved from seat to seat without being seen. I was thanked over and over for my patience. By 1:30, not only had I waited 2 hours, but I watched many people come in, stating they didn't have an appointment, yet they were done and leaving while I was still waiting. I hate complaining and respect that they are busy, but today I reached my tipping point. I am going to try Divine Nail Spa. They have great reviews. Sad to leave but it is becoming a pattern where Orchid Nails does not value my time.

This is hands-down the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! My friend and I came in at their grand opening and had the best experience we’ve both ever had. Our nails turned out absolutely unbelievable—better than I could have ever imagined. I 100% recommend this place. Vivian and Kenny are not only incredibly talented nail artists, but genuinely amazing people. So welcoming, so kind, smiling the entire time—they truly make a perfect team. 💖
