Yesterday was my first time using eyemart so I was a bit nervous. The customer service was super! They helped me find great frames and deal with my insurance. The associate was also able to find me a better deal so I left with 2 pair of glasses instead of one. Definitely going to make this my permanent place for eye care
These guys at Eye Mart Express at exit 10 (the one past the galleria) off of I-459 are awesome! There was a mistake in my Rx. I did not get the prescription from them. They were able to get me i. To see the doc to get it corrected. They stood behind the company’s warranty not once but twice! They were gracious enough to find me discounts and helped me find the glasses that was best for my vision and lens. I cannot say enough great things about every single one of them. They are proficient, friendly, welcoming, helpful and EXTREMELY PATIENT. Go there tell them Sonya sent you! The WARRANTYS ARE GREAT!
Very happy with the service I received. It was a simple process and they had lots of glasses to choose from. The turn around to get my glasses was much quicker than expected. I would recommend them to anyone.
This was one of the best experiences I have received! My daughter broke her glasses and they were able to provide news glasses the same day. Her glasses her done in 10 minutes!
Lost my night driving (clear, progressive lens) glasses and had to get new ones in three days to get to a funeral. Arrived at 9:00 and had a replacement set in my hands in less than two hours. Had one minor hiccup and the Manager (Matt) fixed it immediately, with no charge. Everybody else in town wanted ten to 14 days. Reasonable cost and remarkable service.
