Dr. Hayden and VERY knowledgeable tech, Britiny (sp) literally made my day. Wonderful greeting, absolutely best eye exam in decades. ESPECIALLY after daring to try America’s Worst, Target Optical took everything to a new level. VERY swift ordering, sizing, and accommodating by Britiny (sp) . I cannot rave enough about the contact lens prices. Blew my mind. Dr. Hayden really understood my eyes and is very quick on the uptake. Target Optical, who knew??? There wasn’t one thing that I cannot commend them on. I’m very indecisive and Britiny (sp) was cool as a cucumber and right on the money every time I asked for a different frame or price or etc. no wasting time, she was way ahead of me. Definitely the type of individuals that deserve DPIF (Daily Pay it Forwards.) Thanks for a funtabulous visual experience!!

Brittany is amazing and so kind. She helped me with the fitting and adjustment of the glasses. She was quick and made sure they fit correctly and were straight! 10/10!!

I had a mixed experience here. Dr. Hayden was professional, thorough, and very kind. However, the front desk experience was disappointing. After my exam, when I decided not to buy frames in-house, I felt the mood completely changed. I asked for my Pupillary Distance (PD), and I was told it 'doesn't come with the exam' unless I purchase glasses so she just guessed and told me to 'just use 30/30' (60.0mm) without actually checking. Feels very unprofessional and unsafe for a patients eyesight. I ended up using a digital app to measure it myself twice to be sure—my actual PD is 63.0mm (31.5/31.5). The 'guess' she gave me was way off and would have caused major eye strain. It’s a bummer that store policy and hitting sales goals mattered more to her than my actual vision and safety. Go for the doctor, but be prepared for high-pressure tactics and gatekeeping of your information.

Great experience! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the doctor was amazing and took the time to answer all my questions. I felt very well taken care of and will definitely be recommending them to friends and family!

My daughter accidentally stepped on her glasses & the lens popped out of the frame. They put it back with ease & a smile!! So helpful & kind! Will be back!
