Eyemart Express

This was a good place to go to get my eyes tested. While I was here I seen a sign for 39. Dollar biys you two glasses. I liked the vibe here. The eye dr are is separated and in the back. There are plenty of employees here to help with fitting abd purchasing prescription glasses. They even had an area for accessories and sunglasses.

We came in because this is the only chain covered by our insurance and the eye doctor was way too expensive. Stacie helped us by looking up our insurance and assuring is that she will make sure we are comfortable with our glasses and our price! She was awesome! My friend and I ended up getting a pair of regular glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses for less than I ever would have guessed! If you go there, be sure to ask for Stacie, but even so, their prices are good and we got all 4 pairs of our glasses in the same day.

After a very bad experience at the DeKalb location, I was hesitant to try Eyemart Express again, but this store completely changed my mind. The customer service here was excellent. The staff was welcoming, professional, and truly listened when I explained what happened at the other location. They even took the time to document my experience so it could be addressed. I came in with broken glasses, and they helped me choose new frames with honest feedback about what looked best on me. The best part was the fast service — my new glasses were ready in about 30 minutes. Thank you so much to Stacie for making this such a positive experience. This location provides great service, quick turnaround, and caring staff. I will definitely be returning!

I brought a prescription in and Amanda went far and beyond not only to get me one pair but also a second pair. She was able to max out my benefits. One of the pairs of glasses was made in literally 18 minutes. This place is phenomenal, and if you can work with her you'll get the best customer service. I'm glad I walked in today because they're going to gain a lifetime customer. Thank you Amanda for everything you've done and I'm very happy with the pair of glasses.

My wife had an appointment there this morning. When we arrived everyone was welcoming and helpful. After the exam, Lucas was very helpful and attentive with her selection of frames and was very knowledgeable of what would be the best for her. Highly recommend eyemart express for your eyes.
