I was greeted as I entered the store. Kit welcomed me. Kyle then showed right up and we worked together through the rest of the process. He was very present and confident. In his work. This helped me feel we had chosen the right frames for me. When I returned to pick up my glasses Kyle was there to help. What a super experience . My wife and I recently bought new frames and lenses here. We can't thank them enough for the great service we received, especially from Alissa. She took her time to work with our needs and to find us the best deal. She worked with our insurance to get us the best price on new glasses that we have had in years!! We will definitely be coming back.
So lucky to have found this place! I have two notoriously hard-to-fit family members who need WIDE framed, sturdy glasses so searching for frames is usually an all-day ordeal involving multiple shops. The Eyemart Express website showed they carry a few brands that we’ve had luck with in the past so we figured we’d start the search there, and I am SO glad we did! They had extra wide frames from several brands; more than I’ve ever encountered in a single shop. Even better, our tech, Kat, was amazing. She maximized our insurance and answered every question we had about price, functionality, and coverage. Absolute 10 out of 10 for patience and attitude :) We ended up getting multiple pairs including sunglasses for much less than we were expecting. With several more family members in need of new glasses, they’ll definitely be seeing us again soon.
I saw many ads for Eyemart Express on TV. 100% satisfied. Kat assisted me in glasses selections, found two great pairs of glasses in stock and finalized the transaction. A thing I also like is if they have the prescription lenses in stock, they can have your glasses ready the same day. Two pairs only took one hour to make. I also had to go in to get an adjustment. The optician who assisted was also friendly. I didn't catch her name. 100% satisfied and will be back. Thank you!!
Donnie and Dr Hassan were both excellent. I felt like my eye exam was very comprehensive and Dr Hassan was extremely patient while addressing all my questions and concerns. Donnie was very personable, respectful, and patient with my indecisiveness. My visit was a great experience and I will return.
