You can get a discount if you're uninsured, $25 exam and more discounts for glasses. For one person with one pair of glasses you're looking at $100-300 depending on the products you want. BOGO glasses only happens if you don't use the exam discounts. Associates were extremely helpful and the exam didn't take long. If you make an appointment you're looking at about an hour start to finish.
Same day appointment Friendly and quick staff Went in on my lunch break, I was in and out in less than an hour. The eye doctor really dialed in my prescription for me, we went back and forth a couple times trying different contacts making sure they were perfect. My vision hasn't felt this clear in a really long time. I don't have insurance, got an eye exam and 1 year of contacts for just $240 and that feels like a very good deal to me. I would/will recommend this place to my friends and family. Not to mention that they have hundreds of grams to choose from. I will be going back soon to get me a couple pairs of glasses.
I called to return unused, unopened contact lenses. I had already left a message saying I was calling to return them, so the manager knew the reason for my call ahead of time. Instead of explaining the return process, she immediately started asking a long list of questions about the contacts. Do they not fit. Are they uncomfortable. Do I need a different size or another fitting. I explained multiple times that nothing was wrong. I just decided I don’t like wearing contacts and wanted to stick with glasses. After that, she told me the return window was only 30 days. That didn’t match what I remembered, so I checked their website. Their policy clearly states 90 days for unopened contact lenses. I called back and told her I was reading the policy on their site and asked her to check it. During that call she repeatedly interrupted me, wouldn’t let me finish, and insisted the policy was 30 days. The call went nowhere and I eventually had to hang up. Because of this, I ended up calling Stanton Optical corporate to escalate the issue. I don’t know yet whether I’ll be getting a refund, but it has been escalated. If this does get resolved and the return is processed, I’ll update this review to reflect that. As of now, I don’t trust this location and won’t be going back. This is a warning to anyone considering this place. Read the policy yourself and don’t assume they’ll honor it.
When I got my taxes I went to get new glasses. Got 1 pair for regular glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses.. i got the bluelight reduction because i game alot thinking maybe itll be 500 since it was buy one pair get the second free.. but cost me over $1,000. And when a nose piece fell off went to get it fixed they dont do that they said. I said well do you at least sell the nose pieces they said no.. its kinda insane. Youd think a nose piece is a common fix but they looked at me like i was crazy
