Eyemart Express

After visiting in this area my glasses needed to be adjusted as I have severe vertigo. I purchased my glasses from another Eye Mart Express. A lovely clerk named Jayda was working by herself. The phones were ringing constantly and she handled every call so effectively it was unbelievable. She attempted to tighten my glasses, but the screw is stripped. I was grateful for her help. I can now return them while they are still under warranty and get my vision where it needs to be. Accolades to you Jayda and your pleasantries. That store is lucky to have a dedicated and above and beyond employee like you!

Special thanks to the curly-haired brunette employee in the white t-shirt today. She fixed my bent glasses and was very quick and serviceable about it. Will definitely be coming back for my next eye appointment. I bought eyeglass cleaner from her if you need help identifying her. I wish I’d gotten her name before leaving.

Dr spent a good amount of time with me. Listening to my concerns and let me know to go back if script does not work like i need it to. I believe Vivian if glass ware side was very helpful. I was upgrading lenses on 3 glasses then adding a new pair of glasses and did not rush me through the process of deciding options. Plus offered discounts to help with cost. Great crew!

Never a negative experience. Staff was nice and polite and the process of the eye exam was fairly quick and simple. My daughter received her new (buy a pair get the second free) eyeglasses. She loves them!!!

I stopped by this place after getting discount coupon I. the mail. I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. The price was pretty much what I paid for my last pair but I did get a free pair of basic glasses as a back with the coupon.
