Phoenix was incredibly kind and helpful with assisting me with picking out new frames and providing me with a great price. I was impressed by how quickly the turnaround is with receiving a new pair of glasses and lens, i.e, one hour or less. The customer support is amazing and I can see why the business has such high ratings. I highly recommend this business if you're looking for affordable glasses with great customer service and support.

Went into the Columbia location with my boyfriend’s broken glasses. The woman that assisted me was very attentive and took care of the glasses repairs immediately. I would definitely do business with them again. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Super friendly staff and service couldn't be better! I had my glasses in less than 30 minutes from walking in. They took a bit longer for my sunglasses, but my first pair were ready FAST. Add in the fact that I paid for sunglasses and got clear glasses free and there's not much not to love! I love my new sunglasses, and their service is unparalleled!

Dr. Jones is very personable and thorough. The exam went very well and the young ladies up front were extremely helpful. Her name was Lexi She answered all my questions and was very helpful . I got two new pairs of glasses that night and the improvement in my prescription was incredible!!I am very happy with the whole experience.
