Andrew at LensCrafters was fantastic! I walked in with my prescription sunglasses missing a tiny screw and the lens wouldn’t stay in at all. Andrew immediately helped me, fixed them quickly, and made sure everything was secure and comfortable again. He was friendly, professional, and clearly knows his craft. What could’ve been a stressful hassle turned into a super easy, pleasant experience. Really appreciate the great customer service—highly recommend asking for Andrew if you need any help with your glasses!

Daniel, Annie, Dr. Bell and the rest of the crew at Lens Crafters are amazing. This is my second time having an exam done here and I will continue to go. It’s the only place that has never gotten my prescription wrong. I wear both contacts and glasses, which are multi focal and for astigmatism. Dr. Bell made sure that I got the best lens for my eyes. Annie is the best at picking out frames! She immediately got looking for me, without asking, and had 3 of the best pairs for me. She didn’t stop helping with discounts so I could walk out with the best prices. She is awesome!! She made in store shopping for frames fun! I can see clearly and it is all thanks to the wonderful staff at Lens Crafters. I always recommend them to anyone needing to get their vision checked/get corrective lenses.

The staff very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I have been coming here for a few years and have never been disappointed with the service. If you’re looking for new glasses and a wonderful team to assist you with your new pair of eyes come to LensCrafters. Teresa is wonderful with her clients, she always has a smile on her face and a positive attitude. Dr. Bell is a wonderful ophthalmologist as well.
