Dr Renner is not only my eye doctors but also a personal friend. She takes the time to ask about your daily life, your eye health, and communicates specifics with you about your exam. She took the time to explain the retinal images and addressed any issues that I might exhibit. I recommend this business for anyone needing an eye exam, contacts, or new glasses. They are incredibly friendly and helpful and also right in time!

I have been going to this establishment for several years. Today, three people checked in at the same time as myself. We all waiting a period of time before being acknowledged, let alone assisted with checking in. Upon stating my name and date of birth, I was informed my appointment was cancelled without my knowledge. Prior to scheduling this appointment months ago, I unsubscribed to texts as I was getting inundated with “eye advice” and reminders consistently that were not relevant to my care. Apparently, their system didn’t see that I was not “opted in” for texts and texted me a reminder. They took the no response (to a never received message) as means to just cancel my appointment. No phone, no email, nothing. I was never informed this would be an issue when scheduling my appointment initially. I took off of work to make this appointment and had been waiting for several months to be evaluated. No offer was made to squeeze me in, just that I’d have to reschedule at a later date. When asked how I was supposed to text confirm an appointment when I don’t receive texts, the receptionist had no answer. Bad customer service and communication unfortunately warrants finding a new provider. What a shame.
Front desk two blonde hair ladies need to be fired. Attitudes at the front desk is crazy work. Not to mention let’s talk about how HIPAA is violated throughout the whole workplace. Patient’s information should not be in anyone’s visual or discussed in front of patients. Just horrible!!! We are looking for another place that accepts our Medicaid. The stars are for Kyra Miller, the optician that helped us at checkout. She greeted us with a smile, she was fun and has sense of humor and was the highlight of our visit. She helped my daughter choose the best options for her glasses and making her feel so confident!
Dr Debra and her staff are so amazing. They were very concerned about my vision and my glasses came in fast. Thanks Eyes On Missouri. They also accept Medicaid for the ones that can't afford glasses and can't see well. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Thanks Again.
Absolutely everyone was so incredibly kind & helpful! This was my first time getting my eyes checked and the staff made the process quick, easy, and informative. I was paying out of pocket and the lady that helped me pick out my glasses worked with me to get the cost down & create a prescription that would be best for me. (She was also hilarious and so much fun) Thank you guys!
